October 22, 2026
The November 2026 Visa Bulletin is the second of fiscal year 2027, and it is a big month for families. Most family-sponsored final action dates move forward by a full year for applicants from everywhere except Mexico and the Philippines. Employment-based categories gain ground too, with worldwide EB-2 up three months and the EB-3 "other workers" line up five.

Which chart can you file with?
Each month USCIS says whether adjustment of status applicants use the final action chart or the dates for filing chart. Check the USCIS Adjustment of Status Filing Charts page for November before you send an I-485.
What this means for you
- Your priority date is earlier than the final action date for your category and country: a visa number is available this month, and your case can move to a decision.
- Your priority date falls in the year the family categories just gained: this is the month your case may become current. Keep your documents and civil records ready, and watch for notices from USCIS or the National Visa Center.
- Your date is still later: big family jumps can slow down or reverse later in the fiscal year, so do not read one month as a trend.
ImmigraMate checks every new bulletin against your priority date and shows how far your date has to go. Add your category and priority date in the app to follow it month by month.
