All QuestionsIs there a free trial?
Yes, where a plan shows one, the first 3 days are free. Your card is saved when you start and charged only if you keep Plus after the trial. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.
I canceled - do I lose Plus now?
No. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Plus stays on until the end of the period you paid for, and your account shows that date.
How do I cancel?
On the website
You bought this on the website. To change or cancel it, sign in at immigramate.com and open your account.
App Store (iPhone)
You bought this in the app through Apple. To change or cancel it, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
Google Play (Android)
You bought this in the app through Google Play. To change or cancel it, open the Play Store, then Payments and subscriptions.
Can I get a refund?
App Store (iPhone)
Apple handles refunds for purchases made through the App Store. We cannot refund them - ask Apple.

For the first 48 hours you can ask Google Play directly, which is the quickest way. After that, write to us from your account email and we will refund it.
