  2. 2.Biometrics Appointment

    0 mo – 2 mo

    Attend fingerprint and photo appointment if requested.

    Tip: Not all renewals require new biometrics. If scheduled, attend promptly to avoid delays.

  3. 3.Approval

    1 mo – 3 mo

    DACA renewal and EAD approved.

    Tip: New EAD card will be mailed. Update your employer with new EAD information.

  4. 4.EAD Card

    0 mo – 1 mo

    I-765

    Employment Authorization Document card produced and delivered.

    Tip: Card is valid for 2 years. Set a reminder to renew 150 days before expiration.
